Supraflex Cruz Nevo is a coronary stent that has been shown to be safe in studies. Its strut structure is 60 µm in each size. The dosing of the sirolimus drug is three-stage. In the first stage, which lasts for the duration of implantation, there is no drug. The second layer contains 80% of the drug and dissolves in one month. The rest of the drug is absorbed in three months. The Nevo has further improved placement. The Nevo is easy to place, even if the structure of the coronary artery is very challenging. Thanks to the Z-link structure, bifurcations have good workability and radial strength. The Talent trial has found that complications (e.g. in-stent restenosis rates) are very low and lower than the stent that was compared.
